<![CDATA[More than 50 percent of the alumni of the last four years of SMAN 6 Sidrap did not continue their education to college. The purpose of this study was to identify the form of Career Guidance and counseling service programs needed by students in SMAN 6 Sidrap. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with Case Study Method. Data collection using questionnaires, FGDs and documentation. Research analysis using data triangulation method and peer review. The results of this study showed that (1) the questionnaire results of students ' needs for BK career services were classical services with an average of 8.2 points, counseling services with an average of 0.8 points, pamphlets with an average of 4.6 points, career mading with an average of 5.3 points, resource persons with an average of 8.9 points, field visits with an IT is very important for learners before graduation; students need information about the world of college and entrepreneurship; students want a more varied form of Service; students argue that they need information from professional informants directly; reading is something that can improve students ' insight into the world of campus and the business world; visiting places or industrial locations is interesting for students to carry out; and students feel that individual counseling is; (3) differentiated career guidance and counseling services needed by students are classical services that adapt project-based learning, field studies, present resource persons and conduct bibliocounseling.]]>
