<![CDATA[The Literature Review article on the Effect of Entrepreneurial Spirit on Entrepreneurial Motivation and Interest is a research article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of inter-variables which can later be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this literature review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this literature review article include: 1) Entrepreneurial Spirit influences Entrepreneurial Motivation; 2) Entrepreneurial Spirit influences the Interest in Entrepreneurship; and 3) Entrepreneurial Motivation influences Entrepreneurial Interest. Apart from the exogenous variables above that affect the endogenous variables Entrepreneurial Motivation and Interest, there are other factors which include: Income expectations, Entrepreneurial knowledge, Personal independence, Family environment and Creativity.]]>
