<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pertimbangan hakim dalam memutus tindak pidana menyembunyikan pelaku kejahatan dalam perkara putusan nomor: 1747/Pid.B/2019/PN.Mks. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Makassar, khususnya pada Pengadilan Negeri Makassar dan Kejaksaan Negeri Makassar. Temuan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1)Pertimbangan jaksa dan hakim dalam memutus tindak pidana menyembunyikan tersangka pelaku kejahatan dalam perkara putusan nomor: 1747/Pid.B/2019/PN/Mks adalah kurang tepat sebab kendatipun hakim telah terlebih dahulu mempertimbangkan fakta dalam persidangan, adanya keterangan saksi, keterangan terdakwa, memperhatikan hasil penelitian pembimbing kemasyarakatan, dan faktor-faktor lain yang relefan dengan hal tersebut. Namun, Hakim membenarkan dakwaan Jaksa Penuntut Umum yang sebenarnya salah. The research objective is to analyze the judge's considerations in deciding the crime of hiding the perpetrators of the crime in the decision case number: 1747/Pid.B/2019/PN.Mks. This research was conducted in Makassar City, especially at the Makassar District Court and Makassar District Attorney. The findings obtained in this study are: (1) The consideration of prosecutors and judges in deciding the crime of hiding the suspected perpetrator of a crime in the case of decision number: 1747/Pid.B/2019/PN/Mks is not appropriate because even though the judge has first considered the facts in the trial, the existence of witness testimony, the testimony of the defendant, paying attention to the results of the research of the community advisor, and other factors that are relevant to this matter. However, the Judge confirmed that the Public Prosecutor's indictment was actually wrong.]]>
