<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the relationship between the implementation of learning supervision techniques with the functions and principles of learning supervision at SD Xaverius A1 Ambon. This research is very relevant to improving the quality of learning supervision. The focus of this qualitative research is to determine the relationship between the implementation of learning supervision techniques with the functions and principles of learning supervision at SD Xaverius A1 Ambon. The data collection technique used in this research is by using interviews and documentation studies which are then analyzed from the perspective of the object of study. The results of the study confirm that the implementation of the use of learning supervision techniques in SD Xaverius A1 is very closely related to the functions and principles of learning supervision.]]>
