Through field tests on the management of public relations conducted by Islamic educational institutions, that good public relations management carried out by Islamic educational institutions will lead to empathy, enthusiasm, appreciation for these Islamic educational institutions, so that it will become a massive institutional development, two factors carried out These Islamic educational institutions are public relations and the sky market, the sky market concept is part of the hablu minaAllah and the public relations management concept is part of the hablu minannas, both of which support each other in the development of Islamic boarding schools. Public relations management was developed in attracting the community around Islamic boarding schools to believe in the boarding school, enthusiastically helping the boarding school both morally and materially, while the sky market is a pattern applied by the cottage through dhikr and prayer rituals so that it becomes the realm of inner contemplation of teachers, mudarris, students, employees who work in a boarding school. The management has been carried out by the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School (PPSD) and is part of the Sunnah Pondok (Pondok discipline), so that the Islamic educational institution becomes a beacon and as a reference for surrounding cottages. ABSTRAKDengan menggunakan penelitian Metode kualitatif deskriftif melalui pendekatan analisis lapangan. Prosedur pemecahan masalah dilakukan berdasarkan permasalahan yang timbul dengan kajian lapangan di pondok pesantren Sunan drajat lamongan. Melalui uji lapangan tentang manajemenen hubungan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh lembaga pendidikan Islam, bahwa manajemen hubungan masyarakat yang baik dilaksanakan oleh lembaga pendidikan Islam akan menimbulkan empati, antusias, apresiasi terhadap lembaga pendidikan Islam tersebut, sehingga akan menjadi perkembangan lembaga yang masif, dua faktor yang dilakukan lembaga pendidikan Islam tersebut yaitu hubungan masyarakat dan market langit, konsep market langit bagian dari hablu minaAllah dan konsep manajemen hubungan masyarakat bagian hablu minannas, keduanya saling menopang dalam pengembangan pondok pesantren. Manajemen hubungan masyarakat dikembangkan dalam menjaring masyarakat sekitar pondok pesantren agar percaya terhadap pondok, antusias membantu pondok baik moril atau materil, sedangkan market langit merupakan pola yang diterapkan pondok melalui dzikir dan ritual shalat sehingga menjadi ranah kontemplasi batin para guru, mudarris, santri, karyawan yang bekerja di dalam pondok pesantren. Manajemen tersebut telah dilakukan oleh pondok pesantren sunan drajat (PPSD) dan merupakan bagian dari sunnah pondok (disiplin Pondok), sehingga lembaga pendidikan Islam tersebut menjadi mercusuar dan sebagai acuan pondok-pondok sekitar.
