<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of learning discipline and learning facilities on the learning achievement of class XI students of SMK-1 Private Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar. This researcher uses descriptive quantitative to see student learning achievement. Validity test using Corrected item-Total Correlation and reliability test using Chronbach's Alpha. Data analysis techniques for the analysis requirements test, namely normality and multicollinearity tests and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficients of determination using IBM SPSS Statistic version 22. From the results of the analysis conducted by researchers, there is a positive effect of learning discipline on moderate learning achievement, namely 28% with the number of respondents, namely 96 students with ? = 0.05 and N = 96 so that it is obtained from the tcount ttable value (3.035 1.989) H01 is rejected and H1. And the results of the analysis conducted by researchers there is a positive effect of learning facilities obtained from the value of tcount ttable (3.336 1.989) H02 rejected and H2. Learning achievement with ? = 0.05 and the percentage of completeness is 81% with the results of Fcount Ftable (15,350 2.70) it is concluded that H03 is rejected H1 is accepted.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajar dan fasilitas beajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI SMK-1 Swasta Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar. Peneliti ini menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif untuk melihat prestasi belajar siswa. Uji Validitas menggunakan Corrected item-Total Correlation dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Chronbach’s Alpha. Teknik analisis data untuk uji persyaratan analisis yaitu uji normalitas dan dan multikolineritas dan pengujian hipotesisnya menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic versi 22. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan peneliti terdapat pengaruh positif disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar yang sedang yaitu 28% dengan banyaknya responden yaitu sebesar 96 siswa dengan ? = 0,05 dan N = 96 sehingga diperoleh dari nilai thitung ttabel (3,035 1,989) H01 ditolak dan H1. Dan hasil analisis yang dilakukan peneliti terdapat pengaruh positif fasilitas belajar diperoleh dari nilai thitung ttabel (3,336 1,989) H02 ditolak dan H2. Prestasi belajar dengan ? = 0,05 dan persentase ketuntasannya 81% dengan hasil Fhitung Ftabel (15,350 2,70) maka disimpulkan H03 ditolak H1 diterima.]]>
