Selain sebagai Hunian, Apartemen merupakan properti yang menguntungkan jika digunakan sebagai Investasi. Hal ini dikarenakan Fasilitas Apartemen yang Komplit dilengkapi seperti Kolam Renang, Pusat Kebugaran, Area Jogging, dan harga sewa unit apartemen lebih tinggi dari pada rumah.
