Abstrak: Kurangnya pengetahuan remaja putri tentang cara menangani dismenorhoe dapat berdampak buruk bagi kesehatannya khususnya alat-alat reproduksi. Studi pendahuluan di pasantren saat menstruasi santri mengeluh sakit perut, nyeri pinggang, konsentrasi belajar terganggu karena nyeri bahkan sampai tidak bisa beraktifitas. Salah satu alternatif untuk mengurangi dismenorhoe yaitu teknik relaksasi, olahraga dan yoga terdiri dari gerakan fisik, pernafasan dalam, dan meditasi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabmas untuk menurunkan nyeri saat haid dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra yaitu karang taruna, guru dan santri dalam pelaksanaan senam yoga. Tahapan kegiatan diawali sosialisasi dan pemutaran video senam yoga dan demonstrasi menggunakan pendekatan interprofessional education (IPE) dan Interprofesional collaboration (IPC). Dari 107 responden setelah dilakukan senam yoga terdapat nyeri ringan 94,39%, nyeri sedang 5,61% dan nyeri berat 0%. Sedangkan pengetahuan setelah sosialisasi kategori baik dari 0,90% meningkat menjadi 88,7%. Hasil yang dicapai penurunan nyeri pre dan post senam yoga nilai signifikansi 0,00 ≤ 0,05. Kesimpulan terjadi penurunan nyeri yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan senam yoga.Abstract: Lack of knowledge of young women about how to deal with dysmenorrhea can have a negative impact on their health, especially reproductive organs. Preliminary studies during menstruation, students complain of abdominal pain, back pain, impaired learning concentration due to pain and even unable to carry out activities. One alternative dysmenorrhea is relaxation techniques, exercise and yoga consisting of physical movements, deep breathing, and meditation. The purpose of community service activities is to reduce pain during menstruation and increase the knowledge and skills of partners, namely youth organizations, teachers and students in the implementation of yoga exercises. The activity stage begins with socialization and video playback and demonstrations using the IPE and IPC approaches. Of the 107 responden after doing yoga, there was 94.39% mild pain, 5.61% moderate pain and 0% severe pain. Meanwhile, knowledge after socialization in the good category increased from 0.90% to 88.7%. The results achieved decreased pain yoga exercise a significance value of 0.00 ≤ 0.05. The conclusion is that there is a significant reduction in pain before and after yoga exercises.
