<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze 1) The parenting pattern of farm laborers in fostering morals in children, and 2) the inhibiting and supporting factors of parenting of farm laborers in moral development in children. This study uses a qualitative research methodology with an aspect of field research approach (Field Research). The data used in this study were classified and analyzed to make it easier to uncover a problem consisting of primary data and secondary data. The results show that Baumrind's theory describes the relationship between parenting done at home with the behavior of the children he cares for. Parenting patterns of parents of farm workers in fostering morals in children in Gejugan Village, Probolinggo District, use different parenting styles from each parent of farm workers in educating, guiding, and fostering children. The parenting styles used by the parents of farm workers in Gejugan Village are authoritarian parenting, permissive parenting, and democratic parenting. The supporting factors for parenting farm laborers in fostering children's morals in Gejugan Village are the existence of religious educational institutions in schools and inhibiting factors for parenting in fostering children's morals, namely parents' busyness, an unfavorable environment, and associations around the house.]]>
