<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Latar belakang :Perawatan mahkota tiruan merupakan salah satu ilmu gigi tiruan yang telah lama digunakan sebagai restorasi untuk mengembalikan bentuk asli dan fungsi dari mahkota gigi yang rusak. Mahkota tiruan dipilih apabila restorasi lain tidak dapat memperbaiki permukaan mahkota gigi yang mengalami kerusakan atau kelainan. Terdapat tiga tipe mahkota tiruan, yaitu mahkota tiruan penuh, mahkota tiruan sebagian, dan mahkota tiruan pasak. Mahkota tiruan penuh adalah mahkota tiruan yang menutupi seluruh permukaan mahkota gigi.,Tujuan : Menjelaskan mengenai distribusi frekuensi pasien yang dirawat dengan mahkota tiruan penuh di RSGM FKG UPDM(B) pada tahun 2018 dan 2019. Metode : Penelitian deskriptif dengan data sekunder dari rekam medis pasien yang dirawat mahkota tiruan penuh di RSGM FKG UPDM(B) mulai Januari 2018 sampai Desember 2019. Hasil : Data yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi diperoleh sebanyak 51 orang pada tahun 2018 dan 58 orang pada tahun 2019. Dari data tersebut sebanyak 97 gigi yang telah mendapatkan perawatan Mahkota Tiruan Penuh pada tahun 2018 dan 87 gigi di tahun 2019. Kesimpulan : Distribusi frekuensi usia pasien terbanyak yang telah dirawat dengan mahkota tiruan penuh di RSGM FKG UPDM(B) adalah rentang usia 20-29 tahun, pasien berjenis kelamin laki-laki, gigi incisivus sentral, dan penyebabnya adalah fraktur, baik pada tahun 2018 maupun tahun 2019. Veneer crowns are chosen when other restorations cannot repair the crown surface of the damaged or deformed tooth. There are three types of veneer crowns, namely full veneer crowns, partial veneer crowns, and post crowns. Full veneer crown is a crown that covers the entire surface of the crown of the tooth. Objective: To describe the frequency distribution of patients treated with full veneer crown at RSGM FKG UPDM(B) in 2018 and 2019. Methods: Descriptive study with secondary data from medical records. Patients who were treated with full veneer crowns at the RSGM FKG UPDM (B) from January 2018 to December 2019. Results: Data that met the inclusion criteria were obtained as many as 51 people in 2018 and 58 people in 2019. From this data, 97 teeth had been treated. received full veneer crown treatment in 2018 and 87 teeth in 2019.
