This study entitled "Analysis of Influential Factors on Employee Performance(A Case Study STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto)". The purpose of this study is toinyestigate and analyze the influence of organizational climate, organizationalcommitment, leadership and employee compensation to performance. To lotow andanalye the factors that have most impact on employee performance STMIKAMIKOM Purwokerto. The experiment was conducted in December of 2010 and takea place at STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto. The study was survey research. Populationin this research is all employees in STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto numbering 46people. Researchers decided to take 4l employees as respondents, the samplingtechnique in this study using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling with employeestatus strata. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis, whereas totest levels of signifcance using the F test and t test . Results from path analysisshowed that organizational climate variables on the performance of employees havethe path coeff;cient of 0.2111, the variables organizational commitment to employeepedormance has a path coefficient of 0.4164, leadership variables on theperformance of employees have the path coefjicient of 0.2383 and variablecompensation for employee's performance has a path coefficient of 0.2663.Conclusions in this study is the first organizational climate has a positive in/luenceon employee performance. Both organizational commitment have a positive impacton employee performance. The three leadership has a positive influence on employeeperformance. Fourth compensdtion hos a positive influence on employeeperformance STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto. Fifth among organizational cltmate,organizational commitment, leadership and compensation, organizationalcommitment factors have most impact on employee performance.
