Abstract

Koperasi Pegawai ”Satria Batara” merupakan sebuah koperasi yang beranggotakan Karyawan dilingkungan PT. Bank BTN (Persero) Cabang Purwokerto. prosedur penyusunan Laporan Keuangan yaitu setiap kegiatan operasional yang terjadi dikoperasi tersebut, mecakup transaski yang terjadi khususnya pada Unit Simpan Pinjam dibuatkan buktinya. Bukti-bukti tersebut kemudian dicatat dalam buku kas kasir oleh petugas kasir, baru dimasukkan dalam buku harian kas. Setelah dicatat dalam buku harian kas, lalu dibuat rekapan. Hasil rekapan itu dicatat dalam buku rekap harian kas. Petugas kasir tidak hanya mencatat bukti yang berasal dari pembayaran yang dilakukan melal ui koperasi, tetapi mencatat bukti yang berasal dari laporan petugas Bank BTN. Bukti itu berisi catatan bahwa si peminjam atau juru bayar sudah melakukan pembayaran melalui Bank. Dari bukti-bukti tersebut oleh petugas kasir dicatatdalam buku harian memorial, baru dibuatkan rekapan. Hasil rekapan buku harian memorial dicatat dalam buku rekapan harian memorial. Akhir dari pencatatan angka-angka yang berasal dari buku rekapan harian kas dan buku rekapan harian memorial, kemudian dicatat dalam buku besar. Proses akhir dari kegiatan itu, adalah menyusun laporan keuangan. Laporan keuangan meliputi Neraca dan Laporan Rugi Laba

Abstract

In learning process, communication occupied in a central position. Learning was a transactional communication porcess between teacher n students that involued some interlaced components. Transactional communication was a mutual gift process where both interlaced sides on a different position had same weight upon a purpose that favourabled each other. An effective communication process in lecture teaching-learning process could make possible to increase students absorbtion power, that on the turn students could get an optimal achievement. There were some thing that should be niticed to make the communication had function in levture effectivity achieving, these are 1) Teachers should be able to think and speak clearly, 2) Teachers can influence that message which will be delivered was an important thing, 3) Teachers accomplished learning purposes clearly and easy to understand by students, 4) Teachers mastered the material which was delivered to the students, 5) Teachers understood the effective communication process and applied it constantly, 6) Teachers should be able to get emphaty from students, 7) Teachers always keep eye contact, constant voice and avoided disturbed utterances, 8) Teachers created a communication plan well. Some things that should be notice by students were : 1) Students should be able to notive main things on each materials which was delivered by teachers, 2) Students needed to prepare themselves in listening and understanding the material which was delivered by teachers, 3) Students were more notice on talk contents than on the people, 4) Students should have an ability in controlling the emotion.

Abstract

The most people think that JIT developing by Toyota Motor about 1970. This system integration product and assembly industry in Detroit by Henry Ford. Ford say that “Waste is the stock of materials in goods in excess of requirement that turns up in high prices and  low wages” (Jhonson and Wood, 1996). In 1980, industries in USA and Eropa begin to use JIT and adoption from Jepang. This Research has a purpose to know the factor what ever that is most dominant toward the customer’s response. The marketing is the key from all the activities that are carried out by the company especially in achieving the level of the high sale. The tight competition structure (there are so many products that have the same benefit), the channel of communication change (to be a channel of entertain-ment), the improvement ability of information technology (IT), and the existence of brand personality (formely brand image) make the costumer needs unable be fulfilled with standart strategy. Its motivate marketer create a new strategy through understanding of emotional customer side. Marketer try to satisfy customer from the side of feeling, emotional, and all sense through experiences that make them happy, surprise, fantasites, and fun. It’s called experiental marketing.

Abstract

Judul karya ilmiah ini adalah Efektivitas Metode Eksperimen Dalam Perkuliahan Pada Program Studi DIII Farmasi STIKES Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Cilacap. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode eksperimen yang bagaimana yang dapat mendukung kegiatan perkuliahan di Program Studi DIII Farmasi STIKES Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Cilacap serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana sebaiknya yang dilakukan pengajar/dosen dalam menerapkan metode eksperimen dalam kegiatan perkuliahan di Program Studi DIII Farmasi STIKES Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Cilacap. Metode eksprimen adalah metode yang dalam prakteknya mahasiswa lebih kreatif dan berperan lebih banyak dibanding pengajarnya dalam melakukan penyelidikan dan penelit ian terhadap sebuah obyek pengetahuan tertentu. Metode eksprimen menekankan mahasiswa untuk berpikir kritis, aktif mengajukan pertanyaan -pertanyaan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang benar tentang suatu permasalahan tertentu, mengeluarkan opini atau pendapat dan presepsi tentang proses terjadinya sesuatu, serta membandingkan hasil eksprimen miliknya dengan mahasiswa yang lain. Metode eksprimen dalam praktek pembelajaran memiliki nilai efektifitas yang tinggi. Dengan menggunakan metode eksprimen mahasiswa melakukan proses mandiri untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan yang diinginkanya. Sehingga mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman untuk melakukan pengumpulan data, identifikasi masalah, hipotesis, dan pengambilan kesimpulan atas suatu objek yang diujinya secara langsung. Dengan metode pembelajaran eksperimen mahasiswa terlatih untuk memiliki scientific spirit (ruh ilmiah) yaitu obyektif, jujur, komprehensif, memiliki rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi, serta bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Purposes which wish reuched from this research are; a) knowing thetnfluence of education factor, work duration, number offamily, work time, and age torevenue of cloister merchan4 and b) to know faktor which have biggest elfect torevenue of cloister merchant. Pursuant to result of anova test (Flest), F value(counted) is 4,800. At 95 percent conf;dence level, table value ofF is 3,92. Thereby Fvalue (counteel) is more than it's tabel value, so H0 can be refused. It mean thatIogether [is] education (Xl), work duration (X2), number of fanily (X3), work time(X4), and age (X5) in together have signifcance efect to earnings (Y). Pursuant to ttest,tvalue(counted)forXl is2,8l8,lorX2is2,635,forX3is0,701,forX4isl,702,and for X5 is - 1 ,199. Table value of t at 95 percent confidence level is I ,980. T value(counted) for Xl and X2 are more than than it's table value (H0 can be refused). So,in individually education and year of service have an efect to earnings (Y). Then, tvalue (counted) X3, X4, and X5 are less than it's table value at 95 percentconfidence level (H0 accePT.ed). It's mean X3, X4, and X5 in individually has notsryntficance efect to revenue (I), From t-test also obtained constant and regressioncoefrcient from each independent variable. So, regression equation that can beformed is: Y: - 67468,7 + 24793,212 (XI) + 5782 (X2) + a020,662 (X3) +10165,732 (X1) - 1629,282 (X5). Pursuant to Fre obtained value of standardizedcoeficrent beta of Xl rs 0,373, X2 is 0,119, X3 is 0,087, X4 is 0,201, and X5 is -0,216. Thereby independent variable which own biggest value of standardizedcoeficient beta is X2 (0,119), It means independent variable that having biggestinfluence to reyenue (Y) is work duration.
