<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pelatihan keterampilan bina diri menggunakan metode fading pada anak usia dini di TPA Sayang Anak. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 2 anak di TPA Sayang Anak satu laki-laki dan satu perempuan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara pada orang tua serta pengasuh pada anak tersebut. Penilaian nya menggunakan alat ukur dengan 23 item. Dengan menggunakan hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed rank dan terdapat perubahan nilai sebelum dan sesudah diberi treatment positif rank dengan nilai N 17 artinya seluruh sampel tesebut mengalami peningkatan dari pre ke post test. Mean rank peningkatannya sebesar 9,00 dan Soum Of Ranks sebesar 153,00, nilai Ties Nya 0 berarti tidak ada kesamaan nilai pre dan post nya dengan nilai hipotesisnya 0,000 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesisnya diterima This study aims to empirically test the training of self-development skills using the fading method in early childhood at the Sayang Anak TPA.
