<![CDATA[Derawan Island is one of Indonesia's tourist attractions located in Berau Regency. Derawan Island as a tourist destination must continue to improve itself in an effort to attract tourists to come for a tour by paying attention to the level of tourist satisfaction which is one of the benchmarks for the success of a tourist object. Many factors can affect the level of tourist satisfaction, among which the authors take as the independent variables of the study are: Transportation, Security, and Services, and as the dependent variable is The Level of Satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of transportation, security, and service factors on the satisfaction level of tourists from Derawan Island, Berau Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted by survey. The sampling method used was the Accidental Sampling method with 30 respondents, namely domestic tourists visiting Derawan Island attractions. Data collection techniques used interviews, and observations, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that there was an influence of transportation and service factors on the satisfaction level of Derawan Island tourism objects with a sigma value <α (0.05).
