PENGEMBANGAN LKS MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING MELALUI PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK MATERI SUHU DAN KALOR

Abstract

This research aimed to develop a worksheets using discovery learning model which are attractive, convenient, beneficial, and effective to be used a learning media. Stages of research development were started from analyzing the potential and problems, collecting the data, designing product, design validation, the revised design, product testing, product revision, and utility testing. Based on the research results showed products developed obtained the attractiveness score of 3.19 with both categories, a score of 3.20 with the ease of both categories, and scores expediency 3.38 with very good category. Products developed declared effective by the percentage of students completed 79.41 %.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKS menggunakan model discovery learning yang menarik, mudah, dan bermanfaat serta efektif untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Tahapan penelitian pengembangan ini dimulai dari menganalisis potensi dan masalah, mengumpulkan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, dan uji coba pemakaian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, produk yang dikembangkan memperoleh skor kemenarikan 3,19 dengan kategori baik, skor kemudahan 3,20 dengan kategori baik, dan skor kemanfaatan 3,38 dengan kategori sangat baik. Produk yang dikembangkan dinyatakan efektif dengan persentase 79,41% siswa tuntas KKM.Kata kunci: kalor, LKS discovery learning, pendekatan saintifik, pengembangan LKS, suhu.
