Learning speaking skills in primary schools do not ensure an optimal because teachers are more focused learning to read and write, so that the students' low not reached KKM. This study aims to describe how to increase conversational skills by asking students to dig for class I SD Semen Padang District Lubuk Kilangan Padang City. Results achieved the first cycle, the stage prabicara 70.53, while speaking after the talk 73.21 73.01 and the average value of 72.25.
