Abstract

Abstrak: Tulisan ini mengkaji mengenai dakwah bil hal pemberdayaan ekonomi yang dilakukan melalui sektor pengolahan kopi di Desa Candirejo Kabupaten Batang yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis terutama dalam memajukan potensi serta pemasukan baik pemerintah maupun masyarakat sendiri. Pemberdayaan ekonomi dapat dilakukan melalui beberapa metode, terutama dengan memanfaatkan potensi yang tersedia, memaksimalkan sumberdaya manusia serta sumber daya alam yang ada. Karena letak geografis desa ini di pegunungan sehingga kopi menjadi salah satu produk unggulan dalam menunjang kegiatan ekonomi desa Candirejo selain sayur mayur. Teori yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah teori Chambers mengenai pemberdayaan. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang mencoba menggali informasi secara langsung melalui wawancara serta dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan pengolahan kopi di Desa Candirejo. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggali sejauh mana pengolahan kopi yang dilakukan mampu menunjang pemberdayaan ekonomi Desa. Hasil dari penelitina menunjukkan bahwa kelompok Tani Sobo berhasil memajukan pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui produksi pengolahan kopi hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya petani yang melakukan pengolahan kopi di Desa Candirejo.Abstract:  This paper examines the economic empowerment carried out through the coffee processing sector in Candirejo Village, Batang Regency, which has economic value, especially in advancing the potential and income of both the government and the community itself. Economic empowerment can be done through several methods, especially by utilizing the available potential, maximizing human resources and existing natural resources. Because of the geographical location of this village in the mountains, the natural conditions are very supportive. In this case, coffee is one of the superior products in supporting the economic activities of Candirejo village besides vegetables. The theory used in this paper is chambers concerning empowerment. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach that tried to dig up information directly through interviews and documents related to coffee processing in Candirejo Village. This paper aims to explore the extent to which coffee processing is carried out to support village economic empowerment. The results of the research show that the Sobo Farmer's group has succeeded in advancing economic empowerment through the production of coffee processing, this can be seen from the number of farmers who process coffee in Candirejo Village.
