Abstract

Sumberdaya manusia merupakan satu aset yang paling berharga yang dimiliki oleh suatu instansi, organisasi atau perusahaan, karena keberadaannya sangat menentukan terhadap dinamisasi mobilisasi perusahaan. Bagaimana karakteristik individu mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan CV.Ainun Batara Guru dan Bagaimana lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan CV.Ainun Batara Guru. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menyebarkan kuisioner sebanyak 30 responden yang disebarkan secara random ke karyawan/pekerja CV. Ainun Batara Guru. Menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dan didapatkan hasil Terdapat pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan, Terdapat pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan, Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan karakreristik individu terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja. Dengan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan karakteristik individu terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada CV.Ainun Batara Guru serta Lingkungan kerja dan karakteristik individu memberikan pengaruh secara bersama terhadap motivasi kerja yaitu sebesar 24,3% dan kinerja sebesar 28,3%. Human resources are one of the most valuable assets owned by an agency, organization, or company because their existence is crucial to the dynamics of company mobilization. How do individual characteristics have an influence on work motivation and employee performance of CV. Ainun Batara Guru and how the work environment has an influence on work motivation and employee performance of CV. Ainun Batara Guru. In this study, researchers distributed questionnaires to as many as 30 respondents who were distributed randomly to employees/employees of CV. Ainun Batara Guru. Using quantitative methods and the results obtained There is an influence of the work environment on work motivation and employee performance, there is an influence of individual characteristics on work motivation and employee performance, and there is a simultaneous influence on work environment and individual characteristics on work motivation and performance. The conclusion is that there is an influence of the work environment and individual characteristics on work motivation and employee performance at CV. Ainun Batara Guru and the work environment and individual characteristics have a joint influence on work motivation, namely at 24.3%, and performance at 28.3%.
