Abstract Documents are important in a company because they store various information. Likewise with PT Gapura Indoparamula which is engaged in construction services. The company validates the tender document, namely BQ (Bill of Quantity) through the approval or signature of the Site Manager. However, the problem is when the Site Manager and Supervisor are in the field to control the ongoing work, where the Supervisor must come to the company office to check the documents and then deliver them to the Site Manager for validation and this takes quite a long time. So that an e-document application is needed to overcome the problem of validating the tender document. The method used in this research is the waterfall model. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the e-document application at PT Gapura Indoparamula can be used to validate tender documents starting from creating, uploading, checking, correcting, validating and rejecting BQ (bill of quantity).
