Hubungan Pandemi Covid-19 dengan Kesejahteraan Penduduk Kecamatan Kayu Aro Barat Kabupaten Kerinci Provinsi Jambi

Abstract: The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic as an infectious disease that has hit almost the entire world, including Indonesia, has caused the economy to drop drastically, where many people have reduced income, unemployment has resulted in an increase in the poverty rate. Kerinci Regency is no exception, especially in Kayu Aro Barat District, where in fact the population relies on the agricultural sector as a livelihood. This research was conducted in Kerinci District, Kayu Aro Barat District, to be precise in Bento, Bedeng Eight and Batu Hampar Villages. This study aims to determine the level of welfare of the residents of Kayu Aro Barat District, to determine the level of the Covid-19 pandemic and to analyze the relationship between the Covid-19 pandemic and the welfare of the residents of Kayu Aro Barat District, Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. The results showed that X1 = the Covid-19 pandemic had an effect on welfare (Y), and income (X2) also had an effect on the welfare of the people of Kayu Aro Barat District, Kerinci Regency. Abstrak: Mewabahnya pandemi covid-19 sebagai penyakit menular yang melanda hampir seluruh dunia tidak terkecuali Indonesia membuat ekonomi menjadi turun drastic, dimana banyak masyarakat berkurang pendapatan, pengangguran yang mengakibatkan angka kemiskinan bertambah. Tidak terkecuali pada Kabupaten Kerinci khususnya di Kecamatan Kayu Aro Barat yang notabene penduduknya mengandalkan sektor pertanian sebagai mata pencaharian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Kerinci Kecmaatan Kayu Aro Barat tepatnya di Desa Bento, Bedeng Delapan dan Batu Hampar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan penduduk Kecamatan Kayu Aro Barat, untuk mengetahui tingkat pandemi covid-19 serta menganalisis hubungan pamdemi covid-19 terhadap kesejahteraan penduduk Kecamatan Kayu Aro Barat Kabupaten Kerinci Provinsi Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa X1= Pandemi Covid-19 berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan (Y), dan Pendapatan (X2) juga bepengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Kecamatan Kayu Aro Barat Kabupaten Kerinci.
