This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, leadership style and job satisfaction together on employee performance at the Financial Management Agency, Regional Income and Assets of Tanjungbalai City. Collecting data in this study using quantitative methods. The sample in this study were all employees at the Regional Financial, Revenue and Asset Management Agency of Tanjungbalai City, totaling 49 people. The data analysis technique in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
