Indonesian citizens who want to go abroad must have a passport, as well as against foreigners who want to enter the territory of Indonesia must have a passport. Passport is a travel document provided by the authorized Indonesian republik government. But there are certain elements that want to benefit by faking passports, whether the passport itself is in fake or the identity in the passport. In the law number 6 of 2011 on immigration the government has made penalties or actions for persons who have given unauthorized data or false information to obtain the Travel Document of the Republik of Indonesia for themselves or another person shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 5 ) year and a fine of a maximum of Rp500,000,000.00 (five hundred million rupiahs) ".
