This article aims to explain and analyze the Full day School Strategic Management implemented at SMA Negeri I Lenteng. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri I Lenteng, using a descriptive qualitative approach, namely presenting data in sentences or language to obtain clear and detailed information. Data was collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study can be concluded that: 1) Strategic management of the Full Day School Program in Quality of Graduates at SMA Negeri I Lenteng includes program organization, formulation of vision, mission and values, strategic plan which includes Madrasah Work Plan (RKM), implementation system, monitoring and supervision as well as performance measurement and evaluation. 2) The results obtained from the implementation of strategic management of the full day school program at SMA Negeri I Lenteng contain two things to be proud of, namely academic and non-academic achievements and their details. In addition, it details the various academic and non-academic achievements that have been achieved by madrasas over the past three years, USBN's achievements have increased sharply, and many graduate students who continue to favorite junior high schools.
