This study aims to find out: the implementation of 21st century skills (6C), obstacles in implementing 21st century skills (6C), and solutions to the obstacles in implementing 21st century skills (6C) in online learning at Business Simulation. This study used qualitative method with a case study approach. Research data obtained from informants, places, events, and documents. The sampling techniques used were purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data validation was done through source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model. The results of the research show: (1) planning begins with the preparation of the RPS, (2) the implementation of 6C skills implementation is shown by group discussion activities, creating new product launching videos, collaboration on expo and grand launching practices, etc., and (3) evaluation by monitoring with progress reports and peer assessments. The obstacles were: (a) lack of critical thinking skills in students, (b) miscommunication that causes confusion, (c) lack of cooperation and responsibility between individuals in the group, (d) lack cotrol from lecturers. Solutions to overcome the obstacles were: (a) assignment of observing photos and learning videos (b) regular offline discussions, (c) collaborating with each other and improving professional relationships, (d) implementing periodic control
