Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas bagaimana pengaruh penerapan model PjBL (Project-Based Learning) terhadap keterampilan abad 21 yang mencakup Critical Thinking, Communication, Creative Thinking, dan Collaboration yang sering disebut keterampilan 4C. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode systematic literature review yang terdiri dari beberapa taha. Pertama planning, dimana kita menentukan topik yang akan dibahas, penetapan kriteria artikel yang akan digunakan. Kedua Conducting, proses mencari, memilih artikel dan sintesis data. Ketiga reporting, penulisan hasil systematic literature review. Berdasarkan kajian 17 artikel nasional, penerapan model PjBL merupakan upaya yang banyak dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan abad 21. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa penggunaan model PjBL dapat meningkatkan keterampilan abad 21 yang mencakup kemampuan berfikir kritis, komunikasi, kreatifitas dan kolaborasi.
