<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisi Pelaksanaan Fungsi Pengawasan Terhadap Pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Oleh Bapemperda DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil peneltiian bahwa Pelaksanaan tugas dan wewenang DPRD Sulawesi Selatan dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan perda, pada dasarnya DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan telah berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan perda dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari upaya DPRD dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap jalannya perda yang secara rutin pada tiap-tiap komisi maupun alat kelengkapan DPRD selalu menjadwalkan baik raker maupun kunker dalam hal pelaksanaan perda guna mengetahui apakah perda sudah dijalankan sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan apa belum, selain itu kegiatan terhadap evaluasi terhadap efektivitas perda juga dilakukan. Faktor-faktor yang menghambat jalannya pelaksanaan dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan peraturan daerah, antara lain:Faktor sumber daya manusia, Faktor sarana prasarana, ketersediaan tenaga ahli/kelompok pakar akademisi. Masih ditemukan peraturan daerah yang berlaku secara yuridis, padahal sudah tidak sesuai dengan kondisi/kebutuhan hukum. The research objective is to analyze the Implementation of the Supervision Function on the Implementation of Regional Regulations by Bapemperda DPRD South Sulawesi Province. This research method uses empirical legal research methods. The results of the study show that the implementation of the duties and powers of the South Sulawesi DPRD in supervising the implementation of regional regulations, basically the DPRD of South Sulawesi Province has made every effort to carry out supervision of the implementation of regional regulations properly. This can be seen from the efforts of the DPRD in supervising the running of the regional regulations, which routinely in each commission and apparatus of the DPRD always schedule meetings and kunkers in terms of implementing regional regulations to find out whether the regional regulations have been carried out in accordance with the regulations that have been set or not. In addition, activities to evaluate the effectiveness of regional regulations were also carried out. Factors hindering the implementation of regional regulations include human resources, infrastructure, and the availability of experts/groups of academic experts. There are still regional regulations that apply legally, even though they are no longer in accordance with legal conditions/needs.]]>
