<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalisis efek religiusitas terhadap jenis pekerjaan di kalangan pekerja muslim. Sebanyak 420 kuesioner dibagikan kepada pekerja Muslim di Kota Padang. Religiusitas yang merupakan variabel eksogen dalam penelitian berdampak terhadap pemilihan jenis atau tipe pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh para pekerja muslim. Religiusitas diukur dengan menggunakan Indeks religiusitas islam (Islamic Religiousity Index). Hasil penelitian dapat dilihat dari nilai probability sebesar 0.000 dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 1.4 angka ini menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara tingkat religiusitas dengan tipe pekerjaan yang dipilih oleh para pekerja muslim di Kota Padang. This study aims to identify the effect of religiosity on the type of work among Muslim workers. A total of 420 questionnaires were distributed to Muslim workers in Padang City. Religiosity which is an exogenous variable in the study has an impact on the selection of the type or type of work carried out by Muslim workers. Religiosity was measured using the Islamic religiosity index.
