<![CDATA[Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ratio decidendi Mahkamah Agung yang mengabulkan kasasi penuntut umum dalam perkara tindak pidana kekerasan bersama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normative yang bersifat preskriptif dan terapan dengan teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Teknis pengumpulan hukum dengan studi pustka dan bahan hukum yang diperoleh diolah dengan pola piker deduktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ratio decidendi mahkamah agung dalam mengabulkan kasasi penuntut umum dalam perkara kekerasan bersama telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan pada Pasal 253 ayat (1) Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP).Kata Kunci: Kasasi; Kekerasan Bersama; Ratio DecidendiThis article aims to find out the ratio decidendi of the Supreme Court which granted the public prosecutor's cassation in a joint crime of violence case. This research is a normative legal research that is prescriptive and applied with the technique of collecting primary and secondary legal materials. Technical law collection with library research and legal material obtained is processed with a deductive mindset. The results showed that the ratio decidendi of the supreme court in granting the public prosecutor's cassation in cases of joint violence was in accordance with the statutory regulations in Article 253 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP).Keywords: Cassation; Joint Violence; Supreme Court Considerations]]>
