Analisis Neraca Air Daerah Aliran Sungai Segara Dalam Rangka Mendukung Penyediaan Air Baku Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Mandalika

Abstract

Abstract:  The purpose of the study is to support the provision of raw water in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ), potential water sources are needed in the Lombok river basin (WS).  Among them is the source of water in the Segara watershed (Watershed) (Area = 133.81 km2).  Research methods using rain analysis, Evapotranspiration analysis, Irrigation Water Needs Analysis, Water Availability Analysis, Mainstay Discharge Analysis and Water Balance Analysis. The results of the study that the Segara watershed with a total water availability of 100.89 million m3 and water needs (raw water and irrigation) of 24.62 million m3, is a watershed with a surplus water balance category. The total water utilization of the Segara watershed is 848 ha irrigation and 310 l/s raw water.  Based on this utilization, there is a residual potential of water downstream of the Segara river, which is as large as 1000 l / s which can be used to support the provision of raw water for the Mandalika SEZ.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mendukung penyediaan air baku di kawasan ekonomi khusus (KEK) Mandalika, diperlukan sumber-sumber air potensial di wilayah sungai (WS) Lombok.  Diantaranya yaitu sumber air pada daerah aliran sungai (DAS) Segara (Luas = 133.81 km2).  Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis hujan, analisis Evapotranspirasi, Analisis Kebutuhan Air Irigasi, Analisis Ketersediaan Air, Analisis Debit Andalan dan Analisis Neraca Air. Hasil penelitian bahwa DAS Segara dengan total ketersediaan air 100.89 juta m3 dan kebutuhan air (air baku dan irigasi) 24.62 juta m3, merupakan DAS dengan kategori neraca air surplus. Total pemanfaatan air DAS Segara yaitu irigasi 848 ha dan air baku 310 l/dt.  Berdasarkan pemanfaatan tersebut terdapat sisa potensi air di hilir sungai Segara yaitu sebesasr 1000 l/dt yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung penyediaan air baku KEK Mandalika.
