This research focuses on handling students with specific learning difficulties with the approach of positive reinforcement in the form of token economy. This study used a one group pre-test-post-test design experimental method with the subject of this study being elementary students who were indicated to have specific learning difficulties with dyscalculia. Data is collected through assessments in the form of observations, interviews and significant others, intelligence tests and learning style tests. The data obtained is then used as a basis for providing treatment or intervention for students with specific learning difficulties in the discussion. The results after the intervention showed that there were significant differences between the first week of observation to the third week. These results illustrate that student understanding increases significantly after giving a token economy. In conclusion, token economy is effective in increasing students' understanding of dyscalculatic disorders, so the research hypothesis is accepted.Penelitian ini berfokus pada penanganan siswa berkesulitan belajar spesifik diskalkulia dengan pendekatan positive reinforcement berupa token economy. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen one group pre test – post test design dengan subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SD yang terindikasi mengalami kesulitan belajar spesifik diskalkulia. Data dikumpulkan melalui asesmen berupa observasi, wawancara dan significant other, tes intelegensi serta tes gaya belajar. Data yang diperoleh tersebut kemudian dijadikan landasan untuk memberikan perlakuan atau intervensi pada siswa dengan kesulitan belajar spesifik diskalkulia. Hasil setelah intervensi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara minggu pertama pengamatan sampai dengan minggu ketiga. Hasil tersebut memberikan gambaran bahwa pemahaman siswa meningkat secara signifikan setelah pemberian token economy. Kesimpulannya, token economy efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dengan gangguan diskalkulia, sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima.
