Toleransi stres akademik pada mahasiswa pada saat kuliah daring: Bagaimana peran kecerdasan emosi?

The research was to understand the correlation between emotional intelligence with stress tolerance in online college students at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. The hypothesis in this research is that there is a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and stress tolerance in online college students at the Faculty of Psychology Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. The method in this research is quantitative correlational research using the quota random sampling technique. The subjects in this study were 265 students of the Faculty of Psychology who experienced changes in online learning methods. Data collection instruments use a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and very significant relationship between emotional intelligence and stress tolerance in students of the Faculty of Psychology at the Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya who experienced changes in online learning methods. It shows that hypothesis proposed by the researcher is accepted. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan toleransi stres pada mahasiswa kuliah daring Fakultas Psikologi Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kecerdasan emosi dengan toleransi stres pada mahasiswa kuliah daring Fakultas Psikologi Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. . Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan menggunakan teknik quota random sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 265 mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi yang mengalami perubahan metode pembelajaran online. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan sangat signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan toleransi stres pada mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 yang mengalami perubahan metode pembelajaran online. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan oleh peneliti diterima.
