Abstract

Abstrak PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan produksi yang bergerak dalam pertanian dengan salah satu produksi yaitu pupuk urea. Dalam rangakaian proses produksi pupuk urea tersebut melibatkan mesin Stripper U-DA 101. Dalam proses produksinya mesin cenderung rentan mengalami korosi. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut dengan metode risk based inspection. Yaitu metode analisa inspeksi berdasarkan risiko korosi pada mesin. Dalam menentukan inspeksi perlu di lakukan nya beberapa perhitungan yaitu memperhitungkan consequence of failure, probability of failure dimana akan membantu menentukan risk matrix, remaining life, dan output terakhir adalah penentuan interval waktu inspeksi. Kata kunci : Stripper U-DA 101, risk matrix, remaining life, interval waktu inspeksi, urea. Abstract PT XYZ is a production company engaged in agriculture with one of the production, namely urea fertilizer. In a series of urea fertilizer production processes involving the U-DA 101 Stripper machine. In the production process the machine tends to be susceptible to corrosion. Based on these problems with the risk based inspection method. Namely the inspection analysis method based on the risk of corrosion to the engine. In determining the inspection, it is necessary to do a number of calculations, namely taking into account the consequences of failure, the probability of failure which will help determine the risk matrix, remaining life, and the final output is the determination of the inspection time interval.
