Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi sistem perawatan dan menentukan interval waktu penggantian komponen mesin yang optimal berdasarkan biaya perawatan minimum untuk komponen-komponen kritis pada mesin tenun di PT KSM, Yogyakarta. Pengujian data dilakukan menggunakan distribusi Weibul dua parameter, Parameter tersebut adalah parameter β dan paramaeter θ. Setelah diketahui kedua parameter tersebut, maka dapat ditentukan fungsi kepadatan kemungkinan, fungsi distribusi kumulatif, fungsi keandalan, dan fungsi laju kerusakan. Dengan metode age replacement akan didapatkan jadwal perawatan pencegahan berdasarkan waktu penggantian komponen yang optimum dengan biaya yang paling minimum.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data dari bagian produksi dan bagian perawatan mesin, waktu berhenti beroperasi (downtime) untuk mesin JDK di PT.ABC adalah yang tertinggi. Tingginya downtime ini diakibatkan oleh tidak adanya spare part atau komponen pengganti saat mesin tersebut rusak sehingga waktu mesin berhenti semakin lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menentukan kebijakan persediaan suku cadang, khususnya komponen-komponen kritis yang ada di mesin JDK. Metode Reliability Centered Spare (RCS) digunakan dalam penelitian ini, metode ini pada intinya bertujuan untuk menentukan kebijakan suku cadang yang optimal pada sebuah mesin dalam rentang periode tertentu. Hasil penelitian dengan metode RCS menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan persediaan suku cadang untuk semua komponen kritis mesin JDK dalam satu tahun ke depan adalah dengan melakukan penyimpanan atau persediaan komponen dengan sejumlah berikut: packing valve :469 buah; teflon:134 buah; bearing pump:10 buah; mechanical seal:26 buah; motor pump:10 buah; packing pump:141 buah;motor driving reel:9 buah; bearing driving reel:45 buah;mechanical seal driving reel:163 buah;packing heat exchanger:70 buah; site glass:29 buah; dan pressure gauge: 7 buah.

Abstract

An aircraft company needs to "secure" their aircraft engine for a good maintenance system to keep the optimum engine's performance during the flight. This paper proposed maintenance analysis and scenario for the CT7, the main engine for aircraft at NTP company. A failure data record from four critical components of the CT7 engine is analyzed using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Risk Based Maintenance (RBM) methods to obtain the optimum maintenance interval task for the critical subsystem of the CT7 engine and also seeing the risk of maintenance cost of the engine's failure effect.  The RCM analysis result obtained seven scheduled on condition task, six scheduled discard task, and three scheduled restoration task. The interval of the maintenance schedule of each critical component varies according to the function obtained.   And based RBM analysis, the risk from system performance loss is got $ 7.014.841, 90. Meanwhile, the total cost of maintenance interval based on a calculation of optimal time interval got $1.885.612, 82.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the optimal maintenance time interval for the selected critical components and the total cost of maintenance of a plastic injection machine. In determining the critical components, a risk matrix was used, and three components were selected, namely, hydraulic hose, barrel, and motor. Using the Reliability and Risk Centered Maintenance (RRCM) method, the researchers got a proposed maintenance policy and the total maintenance cost. Based on the result, it shows that there are seven proposed maintenance tasks with three scheduled oncondition tasks and four scheduled restoration tasks with an average maintenance interval of two months. The total maintenance cost proposed is IDR91.595.318. The cost is smaller compared to the actual maintenance costs of the company.

Abstract

PT.XYZ adalah perusahaan yang menyelenggarakan usaha di bidang energi dan petrokimia. Atmospheric Storage Tank (tangki timbun) merupakan tempat untuk menyimpan produk minyak sebelum produk minyak didistribusikan kepada konsumen, agar tangki timbun dapat beroperasi dibutuhkan subsistem pendukung berupa grounding cable, automatic tank gauge, water sprinkle, check valve, dan pressure relief valve. Jika keandalan mesin menurun maka produksi akan berhenti dan akan mengganggu target produksi yang telah ditentukan, hal ini tentu akan berdampak pada hilangnya pendapatan yang harus diperoleh. Metode COUR dapat memperkirakan potensi kerugian yang disebabkan oleh ketidakandalan mesin. Biaya yang disebabkan oleh ketidakandalan sistem berdasarkan corrective time adalah Rp15.448.154.673,00, dan berdasarkan downtime adalah Rp57.559.749.757,00. Hal ini berarti perusahaan akan mengalami kerugian pendapatan karena ketidakandalan mesin adalah Rp73.027.764.887,00.

Abstract

ABC is a company engaged in the production of automotive spare parts and accessories, especially motorcycles. The problems faced by the company, there is frequent damage to the CNC Milling A. The company applies preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities, but these maintenance activities have not yet run optimally. Therefore, a maintenance system is developed to improve machine reliability. The method used is Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), with the aim of determining the optimal maintenance interval and estimation of efficient maintenance costs. RCM is done by analyzing the Failure Modes Effect and Critical Analysis (FMECA). The results of the FMECA analysis are in the form of a Risk Priority Number (RPN) that shows the components of rail bearings, spindle bearings, and hoses as critical components of the system. Through the RCM method, the maintenance policy is generated in the form of 2 scheduled on-condition tasks, 2 scheduled restorations, and 3 scheduled discard tasks with maintenance time intervals in accordance with the task category and can save maintenance costs of IDR 175.602.300.

Abstract

Losses caused by unreliable machines in a production line will affect the total cost losses from a manufacturing company's production process. Based on historical data of damage that has been obtained from the maintenance department of XYZ companies, the MACH MWJ 9/10 Shot Blast Machine is the machine that has the highest-level frequency of damage. This machine is useful for cleaning sand or residual production dirt that sticks to workpieces that have been cast in the casting process, especially for E-Clips components. The research's purpose is to determine the value of cost losses due to machine unreliability using the Cost of Unreliability (COUR) method, with Business Consequence analysis (BC) analysis. The cost effects of these costs include Corrective COUR and Downtime COUR. The final calculation of COUR shows that the total cost of COUR Downtime caused by the unreliability of the machine is greater than the total Corrective COUR. After calculating the COUR, an analysis of the business consequences resulting from the machine's unreliability is carried out using a risk matrix. The analysis results show that the shot blast machine's critical components are in the red or high-risk category and have a very high Probability of Failure (PoF). The results of COUR analysis with business consequence analysis will be an input for the company to make a machine maintenance system policy, especially for the MACH MWJ 9/10 Shot Blast machine's critical components. In general, this research's novelty is to combine the application of the Cost of Unreliability method with an analysis of the effects of the Business Consequence caused by the machine's selected critical components.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in construction and manufacturing. The company focuses on paving production. Where there is a problem with paving printing machines in carrying out production, there are many productions that do not reach the target or the production process does not run optimally.   The purpose of this study is to find out the performance of paving molding machines, especially in the components that most often experience damage to paving molding machines. Based on historical data on machine damage, a paving molding machine is a machine that has had the highest frequency of damage for 5 years, because this machine operates continuously to meet production targets and paving demand from customers. Reliability and Risk Centered Maintenance (RRCM) methods to be used to analyze a historical engine malfunction. The results obtained in the form of 7 proposed maintenance tasks are 2 scheduled on-condition tasks, 3 scheduled restoration tasks, 2 scheduled waste tasks. In addition, the average maintenance time interval for pillow blocks is 7 months, iron molding is 11 months, and chain is 4 months. The total cost of proposed maintenance is lower than IDR 52,938,750 or 41.7% compared to the existing maintenance cost of PT. XYZ. The development of this research is to increase the application of RCM as a basis for maintaining the balance between preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance while optimizing maintenance costs to improve engine reliability by considering risk factors as an analysis.

Abstract

CV. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang menyediakan jasa jig, dies, mold, dan sparepart terutama pada mold product dan injeksi plastik. Salah satu peralatan yang dibutuhkan untuk menunjang kegiatan usaha CV. XYZ adalah mesin injeksi plastik. Mesin injeksi plastik merupakan mesin yang digunakan oleh CV. XYZ untuk produksi dan memenuhui pesanan yang diminta sehingga mesin injeksi plastik ini beroperasi selama 24 jam terus menerus. Dalam menentukan komponen kritis dari mesin injeksi plastik, pada penelitian ini menggunakan Risk Matrix dan terpilih tiga komponen yaitu selang hidrolik, barrel dan motor. Menggunakan metode RRCM maka didapatkan kebijakan maintenance dan total biaya maintenance-nya. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, maka didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat 7 proposed maintenance task dengan 3 scheduled on-condition task, 4 scheduled restoration task dengan interval waktu rata-rata maintenance adalah dua bulan. Total biaya maintenance usulan sebesar Rp 91,595,318 dimana biaya tersebut lebih kecil Rp 10,177,258 dibandingkan dengan biaya maintenance eksisting perusahaan.
