Udang vaname merupakan salah satu spesies unggulan perikanan yang saat ini banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Salah satu permasalahan dalam budidaya udang vaname adalah munculnya penyakit bakterial seperti vibriosis yang menyerang larva vaname yang dapat menyababkan pertumbuhan terhambat dan kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberiam bacillus sp terhadap sintasan dan pertumbhan post larva udang vaname yang terinfeksi vibriosis dan menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri yang menyerang udang vaname. Metode artikel review ini diproleh dari beberapa pustaka jurnal. Terdapat 4 jurnal utama yang menampilkan hasil pengaruh Bacillus sp. terhadap peningkatan kualitas air, penurunan populasi Vibrio sp, dan pengaruh Bacillus sp. terhadap sintasan serta pertumbuhan larva yang terinveksi Vibrio sp hasil review menunjukkan bahwa Bacillus sp. spĀ  merupakan salah satu bakteri menguntungkan yang mampu menekan populasi Vibrio sp, meningkatkan kelulushidupan post larva yang terinveksi vibrio dan juga dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan mutlak post larva udang vaname. Vaname shrimp is one of the leading fishery species which is currently widely cultivated in Indonesia. One of the problems in vannamei shrimp farming is the emergence of bacterial diseases such as vibriosis which attacks vannamei larvae which can cause stunted growth and death. This study aims to analyze the effect of Bacillus sp administration on the survival and growth of post larvae of vannamei shrimp infected with vibriosis and inhibiting the growth of bacteria that attack vannamei shrimp. This review article method was obtained from several journal libraries. There are 4 main journals that display the results of the influence of Bacillus sp. on improving water quality, decreasing Vibrio sp populations, and the influence of Bacillus sp. on the survival and growth of larvae infected with Vibrio sp. the results of the review showed that Bacillus sp. sp is one of the beneficial bacteria that can suppress the Vibrio sp population, increase the survival of post larvae infected with vibrio and can also increase the absolute growth of vannamei shrimp post larvae.
