Abstract

Program kepala sekolah yang efektif merupakan salah satu faktor penentu peningkatan mutu lulusan dan keberhasilan pendidikan di sekolah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program, strategi, kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah: kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, komite sekolah, waka pengajaran, ketua MGMP dan dewan guru. Hasil penelitan diperoleh: (1) program peningkatan mutu lulusan pendidikan dengan meningkatkan mutu proses mengajar guru, mengadakan pelatihan-pelatihan, kompetensi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, menerapkan manajemen terbuka, melakukan kerja sama dengan internal dan eksternal dengan baik, mendelegasikan tugas kepada bawahan dengan penuh tanggung jawab.  Kata kunci: Program Kepala Sekolah dan Mutu Lulusan

Abstract

AbstrakKedisplinan merupakan hal yan mutlak harus diterapkan bagi siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar,kedisiplinan belajar adalah salah satu cara untuk membantu peserta didik agar dapat mengembangkanpengendalian diri mereka selama proses belajar mengajar hingga membantu percepatan tujuan pendidikanyang telah diamanatkan dalam undang-undang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti memilih SD Negeri Cot Keu Eung kabupaten Aceh Besar ProvinsiAceh sebagai tempat penelitian dengan mengunakan observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumentasi. Hasilpenelitian menunjukan terdapat beberapa permasalahan mengenai kedisiplinan. Permasalahan tersebutantara lain yaitu sebagai berikut: siswa datang terlambat, tidak membawa pulang buku pelajaran dan alatsekolah, tidak menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu, tidak memperhatikan pelajaran, membuang sampah tidakpada tempatnya, berpakaian tidak rapid an lain-lain sehingga dapat disimpulkan 80% siswa bermasalahdalam kedisiplinan belajar dan 20% nya siswa mengikuti peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh sekolah.Adapun upaya sekolah dalam mengatasi permaslaahan yang ada dengan memberikan punishment (sangsi)bagi siswa yang melanggar aturan sekolah dan reward bagi siswa yang mentaati aturan sekolah denganharapan kedisiplinan dapat ditegakkan pada SD Negeri Cot Keu Eung kabupaten Aceh Besar ProvinsiAceh.Kata Kunci : Kedisplinan dan Belajar

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) untuk menganalisis kualitas tanah tambak, (2) untuk menganalisis kualitas air, (3) untuk menganalisis tingkat kelangsungan hidup, dan (4) untuk menganalisis laju pertumbuhan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan empat petak sebagai wadah pemeliharaan budidaya udang vanamae dengan luas masing-masing 1.750 m2 dengan tebar benur udang vanamae masing-masing petakan 150.000 ekor. Hasil analisis penelitian sebagai berikut : (1) hasil analisis tanah menunjukkan bahwa semua parameter berada dalam batas optimal, pada awal pemeliharaan, (2) analisis kualitis air selama pemeliharaan menunjukkan berfluktuasi utamanya pH, amoniak, dan kecerahan, akan tetapi dalam batas toleransi, (3) analisis tingkat kelangsungan hidup rata-rata semua petakan anatara 10% sampai 20% , dan (4) tingkat pertumbuhan rata-rata 65 ekor perkilogram atau laju pertumbuhan harian rata-rata yaitu sebesar 0.17 gram perhari. Hasil produksi usaha udang vanamae dengan padat tebar 860.000 ekor ha-1 yaitu sebesar 590 kg ha-1 persiklus atau setara Rp.38 juta persiklus atau 76 juta ha-1 th-1..Saran untuk budidaya udang vanamae dengan sistem intensif memerlu-kan sirkulasi air yang tinggi, oleh karena itu, lokasi yang dipilih untuk usaha budidaya udang vanamae yaitu lokasi tambak yang mempunyai sumber air yang memadai

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk megetahui pemanfaatan ampas kelapa yang difermentasi cairan rumen dalam pakan terhadap pertumbuhan ikan nila. Penelitian ini dilakasanakan pada bulan September sampai Oktober 2022 di Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) Bontomanai Kecamatan Bontomarannu Kabupaten Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. Alat dan bahan yang digunakan adalah Rancagan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan 3 ulagan. Perlakuan A Cairan Rumen (40 ml), Perlakuan B (60 ml), Perlakuan C (80 ml), Perlakuan D (100 ml). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa perlakuan dengan kadar ampas kelapa hasil fermentasi cairan rumen yang berbeda dalam pakan diperoleh rata-rata laju pertumbuhan tertinggi pada perlakuan C (80ml) sebesar 3.465, disusul perlakuan B (60ml) sebesar 2.36%, kemudian perlakuan A (40 ml) sebesar 1.68%, dan terendah pada perlakuan D (100ml) sebesar 1.57%.  Selanjutnya  hasil analisis sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dengan penambahan kadar ampas kelapa hasil fermentasi cairan rumen tidak berpengaruh nyata (p> 0,05) terhadap laju pertumbuhan benih ikan nila. Hasil analisis ragam ANOVA menunjukan bahwa perlakuan dengan penambahan ampas kelapa hasil fermentasi cairan rumen dalam pakan dengan kadar yang berbeda tidak berpegaruh nyata (p>0,05) terhadap sintasan benih ikan nila. The purpose of this study was to find out the use of fermented coconut dregs in rumen fluid in feed for the growth of tilapia. This research was carried out from September to October 2022 at the Bontomanai Fish Seed Center (BBI), Bontomarannu District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi, the tools and materials used is a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments 3 replications. Treatment A Rumen Fluid (40ml), Treatment B (60ml), Treatment C (80ml), Treatment D (100ml). Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the treatment with different levels of coconut dregs fermented rumen fluid in the feed obtained the highest average growth rate in treatment C (80ml) of 3.465, followed by treatment B (60ml) of 2.36%, then treatment A (40ml)) of 1.68%, and the lowest was in treatment D (100ml) of 1.57%. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of variance showed that treatment with the addition of coconut dregs from fermented rumen liquid had no significant effect (p> 0.05) on the growth rate of tilapia fry. The results of ANOVA analysis of variance showed that treatment with the addition of coconut dregs fermented rumen fluid in feed with different levels had no significant effect (p>0.05) on survival of tilapia fry.

Abstract

Udang vaname merupakan salah satu spesies unggulan perikanan yang saat ini banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Salah satu permasalahan dalam budidaya udang vaname adalah munculnya penyakit bakterial seperti vibriosis yang menyerang larva vaname yang dapat menyababkan pertumbuhan terhambat dan kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberiam bacillus sp terhadap sintasan dan pertumbhan post larva udang vaname yang terinfeksi vibriosis dan menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri yang menyerang udang vaname. Metode artikel review ini diproleh dari beberapa pustaka jurnal. Terdapat 4 jurnal utama yang menampilkan hasil pengaruh Bacillus sp. terhadap peningkatan kualitas air, penurunan populasi Vibrio sp, dan pengaruh Bacillus sp. terhadap sintasan serta pertumbuhan larva yang terinveksi Vibrio sp hasil review menunjukkan bahwa Bacillus sp. sp  merupakan salah satu bakteri menguntungkan yang mampu menekan populasi Vibrio sp, meningkatkan kelulushidupan post larva yang terinveksi vibrio dan juga dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan mutlak post larva udang vaname. Vaname shrimp is one of the leading fishery species which is currently widely cultivated in Indonesia. One of the problems in vannamei shrimp farming is the emergence of bacterial diseases such as vibriosis which attacks vannamei larvae which can cause stunted growth and death. This study aims to analyze the effect of Bacillus sp administration on the survival and growth of post larvae of vannamei shrimp infected with vibriosis and inhibiting the growth of bacteria that attack vannamei shrimp. This review article method was obtained from several journal libraries. There are 4 main journals that display the results of the influence of Bacillus sp. on improving water quality, decreasing Vibrio sp populations, and the influence of Bacillus sp. on the survival and growth of larvae infected with Vibrio sp. the results of the review showed that Bacillus sp. sp is one of the beneficial bacteria that can suppress the Vibrio sp population, increase the survival of post larvae infected with vibrio and can also increase the absolute growth of vannamei shrimp post larvae.

Abstract

The principal is the highest leader in a school institution who has an important role in improving teacher performance in his school. For maximum teacher performance, teachers maintain self-discipline, teachers prepare new learning tools and high teacher creativity in developing learning strategies. This study aims to determine the influence of the principal's democratic leadership style and organizational culture on teacher performance at SDN Cluster VI Lampanah. The approach used is quantitative research with a type of research (causal study) that examines the causal relationship (cause-effect) influence between variables through testing hypotheses that have been formulated. The study population was all principals and teachers of Cluster VI SD Negeri Lampanah using sampling techniques (saturated sampling). The sample of this study amounted to 34 respondents, namely 3 principals and 31 teachers. Hypothesis testing uses a calculation process with a simple regression analysis approach and multiple regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that the principal's democratic leadership style had a significant influence on teacher performance with a contribution of 39.9%, organizational culture had a significant influence on teacher performance with a contribution of 27.1%, and the principal's leadership style and organizational culture together had a significant influence on teacher performance with a contribution of 72.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Differentiated Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in learning Pancasila and Civic Education regarding socio-cultural diversity in Indonesia by considering student learning styles. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive research method in grade V at SD Negeri 4 Ranto Peureulak. Data on students' learning styles were collected using observation techniques through questionnaires. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed a diversity of student learning styles, with most students identifying visual learning styles. In addition, the application of differentiated PBL has a positive impact because it can reveal potential according to their interests to provide a more meaningful learning experience for students

Abstract

Student involvement in science learning is very minus if the learning provided is not meaningful and less attractive to students. Conventional learning carried out by teachers does not provide confidence in the learning process has not had an impact on learning outcomes. This research aims to provide descriptive information about comic-based integrated science implemented in grade V of SD Negeri Paya Kalui East Aceh. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Data were collected through observation and interviews. The stages of data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of data analysis showed that teachers made integrated science teaching media based on comics, namely by making picture books and having words and colors from the figure of someone who seemed to be talking, thinking, and doing something. The teacher demonstrates how cartoons speak in different tones and voices as if in a story there are many who play a role, but it is the teacher who speaks, exemplifying with different tones of voice and accents. Comic-based integrated science learning has a good impact and provides a unique and fun learning nuance for students so that learning looks meaningful and gives its own meaning to students.

Abstract

Process science skills are an important part of the Natural and Social Sciences, as process science skills can help students understand the world around them, think critically and creatively and can apply their knowledge to solve problems. To achieve science process skills, a learning model is needed that can encourage students to associate material with phenomena This study aims to determine the science process skills and learning outcomes of grade V students by using the PBL learning model on energy materials and their changes at SDN Seuneubok Johan East Aceh. The sample in this study was grade V students totaling 32 students. Data collection techniques use test techniques and observation sheets. The research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis and science process skills and student learning outcomes obtained showed that the average percentage of the eight indicators of science process skills and the four types of assessment of learning outcomes was in the range of 61%-100% values with good (77.26%) and very good (94.15%) categories, so it can be concluded that there is an influence in the use of PBL learning models on science process skills and student learning outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the process of creativity of school principals, obstacles faced by school principals and what solutions are taken by school principals to improve teacher effectiveness in learning at SD Negeri 1 Lamcot Aceh Besar Regency. This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research show that the managerial creativity process of school principals improves the quality of learning by increasing teacher abilities through coaching in the learning process. The second step is to increase teacher discipline or enforce teacher discipline, increase teacher behavior standards, and implement all regulations. The third step, increasing teacher motivation, is to create a harmonious situation, fulfill all the necessary equipment and provide rewards and punishments. The fourth step, I hold training, bring tutors to schools, and provide opportunities to continue their education, assign teachers according to their fields, and hold meetings at the beginning of each semester
