This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance, the work environment on employee performance, and rewards on employee performance for employees in a manufacturing company in Cikarang. This research method uses quantitative methods. The sampling procedure used in this research is non-probability with purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling technique is a technique of determining the sample with certain considerations and selected according to the research criteria. The samples used in this study were 130 samples using multiple linear regression data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the results of hypothesis testing indicate that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The results of hypothesis testing show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of hypothesis testing show that rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
