<![CDATA[This study aims to measure the influence of leadership style and work discipline on work productivity at PT. Global Ekspedisi Mandiri in Bekasi. This research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative method. The number of samples used in this study were 171 respondents and the results of the respondent's data were processed using probability sampling with the cluster area sampling method, random sampling and purposive sampling. The software used in this study uses IBM SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leadership Style has a significant effect on Work Productivity at PT. Global Ekspedisi Mandiri; (2) Work Discipline has a significant effect on Work Productivity at PT. Independent Global Expedition; (3) Leadership Style and Work Discipline together have a simultaneous effect on Work Productivity at PT. Global Ekspedisi Mandiri in Bekasi]]>
