Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of leadership style and work discipline on work productivity at PT. Global Ekspedisi Mandiri in Bekasi. This research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative method. The number of samples used in this study were 171 respondents and the results of the respondent's data were processed using probability sampling with the cluster area sampling method, random sampling and purposive sampling. The software used in this study uses IBM SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leadership Style has a significant effect on Work Productivity at PT. Global Ekspedisi Mandiri; (2) Work Discipline has a significant effect on Work Productivity at PT. Independent Global Expedition; (3) Leadership Style and Work Discipline together have a simultaneous effect on Work Productivity at PT. Global Ekspedisi Mandiri in Bekasi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Training, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Mako Satpol PP Bekasi City. This research uses quantitative research methods. In determining the sample, the authors used the purposive sampling method and the sample used was 70 respondents from the Mako Satpol PP Bekasi City. The test was carried out with SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) software version 26. The results of the research that has been done are that the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable, as shown in the following brief explanation: 1 ) Job training variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance by Sig value. of 0.009 <0.05. 2) The work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a Sig. of 0.001 <0.05. 3) The work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a Sig. of 0.008 <0.05. 4) Variables of job training, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance with a sig. namely 0.000 <0.05.
