This study aims to determine the effect of Job Training, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Mako Satpol PP Bekasi City. This research uses quantitative research methods. In determining the sample, the authors used the purposive sampling method and the sample used was 70 respondents from the Mako Satpol PP Bekasi City. The test was carried out with SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) software version 26. The results of the research that has been done are that the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable, as shown in the following brief explanation: 1 ) Job training variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance by Sig value. of 0.009 <0.05. 2) The work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a Sig. of 0.001 <0.05. 3) The work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a Sig. of 0.008 <0.05. 4) Variables of job training, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance with a sig. namely 0.000 <0.05.
