KAJIAN PENINGKATAN KELAYAKAN USAHA TERNAK KAMBING DENGAN SUBSTITUSI MODAL SENDIRI

AbstrakHasil analisis deskriptif berdasarkan asumsi usaha pembibitan ternak kambing PE yang dikelola secara intensif selama satu periode usaha (63 bulan/± 5,5 tahun); dengan skala usaha empat  ekor induk betina dan satu ekor pejantan; perkawinan pertama pada saat umur induk betina 10 bulan dan pada waktu pemeliharaan bulan ketiga; modal investasi berjumlah Rp 35.800.000,00; biaya variabel dan biaya tetap masing-masing adalah Rp 43.137.200,00 dan 45.900.000,00; telah membuktikan bahwa tanpa substitusi modal sendiri usaha tersebut belum dapat memberikan keuntungan dengan rasio B/C dan R/C masing-masing - 0,015 dan 0,985; PBP dalam jangka  waktu  50,657  bulan;  saldo  kas  pada  Tahun  I  usaha  ternak  negatif  (Rp 50.368.500,00) dan total kerugian berjumlah Rp 1.841.800,00 (Rp 334.872,727/tahun atau Rp 29.234,921/ bulan). Substitusi modal sendiri dapat meningkatkan rasio R/C dan menurunkan PBP karena jumlah penerimaan usaha ternak meningkat, yang mengindikasikan kondisi usaha ternak sehat dan layak untuk dikembangkan. Kata kunci :    Analisis Deskripsi, Modal Usaha, Peranakan Etawa, B/C, R/C, PBP AbstractResults of descriptive analysis based on the assumption of PE goat breeding business are managed intensively during one business period (63 months / ± 5.5 years); with a business scale of four female and one male; first marriage at the age of the female parent is 10 months and at the time of the third month of maintenance; investment capital is IDR 35,800,000.00; variable costs and fixed costs are IDR 43,137,200.00 and 45,900,000.00, respectively; it has proven that without substitution of own capital the business has not been able to provide profit with the ratio of B / C and R / C respectively - 0.015 and 0.985; PBP within 50,657 months; the cash balance in Year I of the livestock business is negative (Rp. 50,368,500.00) and the total loss is Rp. 1,841,800.00 (Rp. 334,872,727 / year or Rp. 29,234,921 / month).
