<![CDATA[AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian syarat diversi dalam Pasal 7 Ayat (2) UndangUndang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak dengan konsep keadilan restoratif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif bersifat preskriptif dan terapan. Jenis data sekunder meliputi bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Instrumen penelitian berupa Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak, selanjutnya teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deduktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diversi dilakukan sebagai upaya mewujudkan keadilan restoratif yang merupakan konsep yang diadopsi dalam sistem peradilan pidana anak di Indonesia. Syarat pelaksanaan diversi mencerminkan adanya batasan terhadap pemberlakuan upaya diversi yang tidak sejalan dengan tujuan diversi dan konsep keadilan restoratif.Kata Kunci: Syarat diversi, Kesesuaian, Keadilan Restoratif, Sistem Peradilan Pidana AnakAbstractThis study aims to analyze the suitability of the diversion requirements in Article 7 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System with the concept of restorative justice. This research is a prescriptive and applied normative legal research. Types of secondary data include primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The data collection technique used is literature study. The research instrument is in the form of Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Criminal Justice System for Children, then the analysis technique used is the deductive method. The results show that diversion is carried out as an effort to achieve restorative justice, which is a concept adopted in the juvenile justice system in Indonesia.
