<![CDATA[AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran responden dan pengaruh mengenai budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. Berdasarkan analisis data pada hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. Dengan hasil model summary R = 0,551 dan R Square = 0,304. Oleh karena α (Sig) < 0,05, maka regresi dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi budaya organisasi guru pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Pada coefficient nilai B constant = 10,130, menyatakan bahwa jika variabel budaya organisasi diabaikan, maka kinerja guru = 10,130. Sedangkan, nilai variabel untuk budaya organisasi (X) adalah 0,584, menyatakan bahwa jika tingkat budaya organisasi seperti dilibatkan, maka kinerja guru meningkat sekitar 0,584. This study aims to determine the description of respondents and the influence of organizational culture on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City.
