Supervision is coaching given to all school staff so that they can improve their abilities to develop better teaching and learning situations. The person who supervises is called a supervisor. Supervision can be interpreted as coaching. While the target of this coaching can be for school principals, teachers, administrative staff. However, what is the target of supervision also means teacher development. The purpose of educational supervision is to develop a better teaching and learning situation through coaching and improving the teaching profession. And also the functions and objectives of educational supervision include the direction of education, the goal as the end point, the goal as the starting point for achieving other goals. In this case, the goals of education with each other are an inseparable unit. The importance of developing teacher resources with educational supervision, namely there are two metaphors to describe the importance of developing teacher resources. First, the teacher's position is likened to a water source. The water source must continue to increase, so that the river can flow water continuously. If not, then the water source will dry up.
