Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the workplace mindfulness to employees kapanlagi.com Malang, (2) describe the organization citizenship behavior (OCB) in Kapanlagi.com Malang employees, (3) determine the relationship between workplace mindfulness with organization citizenship behavior (OCB) in Kapanlagi.com Malang employees. The sample in this study were 91 active employees Kapanlagi.com Malang who has worked for more than one year. Test hypotheses using correlation analysis technique Pearson Product Moment. The results of this study indicate that (1) most of the employees have a workplace mindfulness Kapanlagi.com Malang is low (2) most employees Kapanlagi.com Malang has a low OCB (3) there is a relationship between workplace mindfulness with organization citizenship behavior (OCB) on Kapanlagi.com employees Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui workplace mindfulness pada karyawan kapanlagi.com Malang, (2) mengetahui organization citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan Kapanlagi.com Malang, (3) mengetahui hubungan antara workplace mindfulness dengan organization citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan Kapanlagi.com Malang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 91 karyawan aktif Kapanlagi.com Malang yang telah bekerja lebih dari satu tahun. Uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) sebagian besar karyawan Kapanlagi.com Malang memiliki workplace mindfulness yang rendah (2) sebagian besar karyawan Kapanlagi.com Malang memiliki OCB yang rendah (3) terdapat hubungan antara workplace mindfulness dengan organization citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan Kapanlagi.com Malang.
