ABSTRAKSasaran Kegiatan Pelatihan Pembuatan Surat Lamaran Kerja dan Curriculum Vitae ini adalah Pencari Kerja Dan Fresh Graduates dengan tujuan untuk memberi solusi dan menguatkan kapasitas mitra dalam membuat surat lamaran dan CV yang menggambarkan kompetensi mitra secara efektif agar meningkatkan daya saing mitra untuk diterima dalam rekrutmen dan seleksi pekerjaan, yang pada akhirnya akan mengurangi angka pengangguran di kota Ende. Pelatihan Pembuatan Surat Lamaran dan CV diadakan secara luring di Myau Myau Kafe yang terletak di Jalan Eltari, Kecamatan Ende Tengah, Kabupaten Ende dengan satu orang instruktur dan MC merangkap moderator kegiatan. Mitra adalah para pencari kerja sebanyak enam (6) orang.Kegiatan dibagi dalam 4 sesi, yaitu: Pemaparan materi tentang Personal Branding, Pemaparan Materi tentang Surat Lamaran, Pemaparan materi tentang Curriculum Vitae, serta Tanya Jawab dan bedah Draft Surat Lamaran dan CV Mitra. Kegiatan diawali dengan diedarkan kuesioner kepada para mitra secara daring melalui google form untuk mengukur pemahaman mitra tentang substansi surat lamaran dan CV. Untuk melihat ketercapaian tujuan PkM, di akhir sesi keempat, kuesioner kembali diedarkan. Di akhir kegiatan, data menunjukkan bahwa mitra telah memahami tentang personal branding, mampu membangun personal branding, serta mampu membuat surat lamaran dan CV yang baik dan efektif. Kata kunci: surat lamaran; curriculum vitae; ende; fresh graduates; pencari kerja ABSTRACTThe goal of this Job Application Letter and Curriculum Vitae Making Training Activity is to provide solutions and strengthen partners' capacity in creating cover letters and CVs that effectively describe partners' competencies in order to increase partners' competitiveness in recruitment and job selection, which will reduce the unemployment rate in the city of Ende. The Making Cover Letters and CVs Training took place offline at Myau Myau Café on Jalan Eltari, Ende Tengah District, Ende Regency, with one instructor and an MC who also functioned as the activity moderator. Six (6) job searchers are partners.The activities were separated into four sessions: personal branding material presentation, application letter material presentation, curriculum vitae material presentation, questions and answers, and review of draft application letters and partner CVs. The activity began with the distribution of questionnaires to partners via Google form to assess partners' comprehension of the content of the cover letter and CV. The questionnaire was distributed again at the end of the fourth session to assess the achievement of PkM objectives. The data at the end of the activity reveals that partners understand personal branding, can establish personal branding, and can create good and successful cover letters and CVs.
