Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pemerintah Desa Sobo untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa yang akan dirumuskan melalui analisis SWOT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisi data kualitatif dan juga menggunaka teknik analisis data dengan matriks SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis SWOT, strategi yang harus diambil untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan di desa adalah dengan menggunakan strategi SO dimana pemerintah desa harus memberikan kesempatan pada masyarakat dalam forum musyawarah desa dan dusun sehingga terjalin komunikasi yang baik antara pemerintah desa dan masyarakat, memberikan sosialisasi pada masyarakat supaya membangun kesadaran masyarakat untuk membangun desa, serta pentingnya partisipasi dari masyarakat untuk membuat keputusan bersama dalam proses pembangunan di desa.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the Effect of Relationship Marketing, Café Atmosphere, and Visitor Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Mokka Coffee Ende with a total sample of 50 people determined based on the condition of customers who have visited or by the Accidental Sampling method. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0 to test the validity and reliability, the amount of outer loading and the value of VIF. Also, bootsraping data is performed to see the effect on the path coefficient analysis and the R-square value. The dependent variable in this study is customer loyalty, while the independent variable consists of relationship marketing, cafe atmosphere and visitor satisfaction. The results of data analysis showed that hypothesis testing conducted on customer loyalty did not have too large influence on relationship marketing variables, the atmosphere of the cafe, and visitor satisfaction. Its influence was only 41 percent while 59 percent was influenced by other variables not examined. The effect of each variable, including relationship marketing variables was by 54.3 percent on customer loyalty. The atmosphere of the cafe had an influence of 37.1 percent. While visitor satisfaction had a negative influence of 13.9 percent on customer loyalty at Mokka Coffee.

Abstract

This study focuses on outsourced employees at PT. Nusa Bunga in the process of recruitment, selection, and work placement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the recruitment, selection and work placement processes carried out by PT. Nusa Bunga to outsourcing employees. The results showed that the responses of outsourcing employees to the recruitment variable if accumulated in its entirety, the number showed the percentage of 82.92%, when viewed from the category of measurement level is ranked 1 (81% -100%) means it is classified as very good. The results showed that the responses of outsourcing employees to the selection also if accumulated in its entirety then the number showed a percentage of 82.4%, when viewed from the category of measurement level was ranked 1 (81% -100%) means it was classified as very good. The results showed that the response of outsourcing employees to work placement if accumulated as a whole then the number showed a percentage of 81.43%, when viewed from the category of measurement level is ranked 1 (81% -100%) means it is classified as very good.

Abstract

The decision to study in a major is a big challenge among most students. They will consider the existing conditions or circumstances. If the circumstances or conditions seem not in accordance with what is expected, there will be doubts which result in the decision not to choose the expected study program. Although in making a decision to take education in a study program, a consideration is needed, however, students of the Management study program have not conducted an analysis of the study program they are taking. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. From the calculation, the t-count value is 19.794 with a significance level of 0.000 or a sig value <0.05, the first hypothesis which states "the reputation of the university affects the student's decision to choose Management Study Program at the University of Flores" is accepted. From the calculation results, the t-count value is 0.887 with a significance level of 0.377 or sig> 0.05, thus the second hypothesis which states "tuition costs affect students' decisions to choose Management Study Program at the University of Flores" is rejected. From the calculation results, it is obtained that the t-count value is 5.295 with a significance level of 0.000 or a sig value <0.05, the third hypothesis which states "lecture facilities affect the student's decision to choose Management Study Program at the University of Flores" is accepted.

Abstract

Environmental cleanliness is a vital issue in social life, especially the people of Ende Regency. To help overcome the problem of waste in community settlements, an environmental cleanliness campaign was carried out through community service activities by the academics of the Management Study Program of the University of Flores. The purpose of this community service activity with community service is to campaign for the importance of environmental cleanliness to the people of Potulando Village, Ende Tengah District, Ende Regency, help overcome environmental cleanliness problems in the Potulando Village community, train students to have a caring attitude towards nature and the environment, and make Tri Higher Education Dharma. This activity is a Community Service Activity carried out by students of the 2016 and 2017 Flores University Management Study Program. The activity was carried out in the Potulando Village area, Ende Tengah Subdistrict, Ende Regency on November 12, 2019. This environmental cleanliness campaign activity was carried out using the voluntary cleaning work method. environment and collection and sorting of waste types. Environmental cleanliness campaign activities begin with environmental cleaning activities, namely by cleaning roads from wild plants that grow on the roads and sidewalks, then cleaning the gutters from accumulated garbage. Waste sorting is carried out by sorting waste based on its type, namely organic waste and inorganic waste.

Abstract

In 2021, the University of Flores Community Service Program is carried out in the New Normal period, with students carrying out the Community Service Program independently in their respective villages. The author chose the village of Saosina, which is located on Adonara Island, which is part of the East Flores Regency area. Village data collection is not carried out optimally due to a lack of village officials, limited village facilities, and the absence of a village website. The author managed the data of Saosina village using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The main work program at Independent Community Service Program in Saosina Village is to deal with issues that arise in the management of village data administration, such as data collection, input, and the creation of community documents (family cards, birth certificates, transfer letters). Outside of the theme, activities included the distribution of basic food assistance, the production of trash cans, and the cleaning of village offices. It is hoped that the Village Government will be able to continue the programs started by KKN students and apply the concept of implementing activities as done by KKN students. In the face of the digital era 4.0, the Saosina Village Government should be able to create a special website for the Saosina Village Government on the internet that contains village information and statistics about the Saosina village.

Abstract

To plant cloves is very promising for the farmers in Woewolo. The cloves plantation in Woewolo Village, Mauponggo District is an effort to obtain added value for economic life. the purpose of this study was to determine whether capital, labor, and land area affect the production income of clove farmers in Woewolo Village, Nagekeo Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population determined in this study were all clove farmers in Woewolo Village with 75 samples. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Based on the Multiple Linear Regression Test the Variables Capital (X1), Labor (X2), and Land Area (X3) have a positive regression coefficient direction on Clove Production in Woewolo Village, Mauponggo District. The statistical test results prove that capital affects clove production as indicated by the acquisition of t-test results, namely the t-count value of 2.452 with a significance of 0.017 at the 5% significance level where 0.017 <0.05. The results of statistical tests prove that labor affects clove production as indicated by the acquisition of t-test results, namely the t-count value of 2.489 with a significance of 0.015 at the 5% significance level where 0.015 <0.05. The results of statistical tests prove that land area affects clove production as indicated by the acquisition of t-test results, namely the t-count value of 5.347 with a significance of 0.000 at the 5% significance level where 0.000 <0.05. the percentage of the contribution of the influence of the independent variables including the capital, labor, and land area on the clove production variable is 35.8%.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKKN Mandiri era New Normal di desa Ngalupolo dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 2 Agustus 2021 hingga 31 Agustus 2021. Program utama KKN Mandiri di desa Ngalupolo adalah pengelolaan data desa. Permasalahan utama yang ditemui di lokasi Kuliah Kerja Nyata adalah: masih banyak masyarakat di desa Ngalupolo belum memiliki dokumen kependudukan yang lengkap seperti Akte Kelahiran dan Akta Nikah, banyak pasangan yang sudah menikah tetapi belum memiliki kartu keluarga sendiri dan masih bergabung dengan kartu keluarga orang tuanya. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk melakukan pengelolaan data desa Ngalupolo. Dengan membantu aparat desa melakukan pengelolaan data desa, administrasi desa menjadi lebih rapi dan terstruktur. Mitra sasaran kegiatan KKN Mandiri ini adalah warga desa Ngalupolo, Kecamatan Ndona, Kabupaten Ende yang berjumlah 947 jiwa. Jumlah peserta KKN terdiri dari satu (1) kelompok yang terdiri atas lima (5) orang peserta dari Program Studi Akuntansi, Agroteknologi, dan Teknik Sipil. Kegiatan KKN Mandiri ini dilakukan dengan beberapa metode yaitu: Metode Observasi, Metode Interview, Metode Dokumentasi, dan Metode Angket/Kuesioner untuk mengukur keberhasilan kegiatan. Kegiatan KKN Mandiri ini dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan membantu Pemerintah Desa Ngalupolo dalam pendataan Warga Desa Ngalupolo yang belum memiliki Dokumen Kependudukan yang lengkap seperti Akta Kelahiran, Akta Pernikahan, Akta Kematian, dan Kartu Keluarga. Di akhir kegiatan, pendataan lengkap yang dilakukan oleh Peserta KKN dapat diteruskan ke Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil oleh Aparat Desa sehingga dapat diproses untuk pembuatan dokumen-dokumen tersebut sehingga warga desa tidak perlu mengurus dokumen-dokumen tersebut secara mandiri. Dengan membantu aparat desa melakukan pengelolaan data desa, administrasi desa menjadi lebih rapi dan terstruktur untuk memudahkan sinkronisasi data penduduk desa Ngalupolo dengan data pada Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Ende, sehingga mempercepat pengurusan dokumen kependudukan yang dibutuhkan warga desa Ngalupolo. Kata kunci: KKN mandiri; flores; ngalupolo; covid-19; new normal ABSTRACTThe Independent Community Service Program in the New Normal era in Ngalupolo village was carried out from 2 August 2021 to 31 August 2021. The main program was village data management. The main problems encountered at the KKN location are: there are still many people in Ngalupolo village who do not have complete population documents such as Birth Certificates and Marriage Certificates, many married couples do not have their own family cards and are still joined to their parents' family cards. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to manage Ngalupolo village data. By assisting village officials in managing village data, village administration becomes neater and more structured. The target partners of this Community Service Program activity are residents of Ngalupolo village, Ndona District, Ende Regency, totaling 947 people. The number of Community Service Program participants consists of one (1) group consisting of five (5) participants from the Accounting, Agrotechnology, and Civil Engineering Study Programs. This Community Service Program activity was carried out by several methods, namely: Observation Method, Interview Method, Documentation Method, and Questionnaire Method to measure the success of the activity. This Program can run smoothly and help the Ngalupolo Village Government in collecting data on Ngalupolo Village residents who do not yet have complete Resident Documents such as Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Death Certificates, and Family Cards. At the end of the activity, complete data collection carried out Participants can be forwarded to the Population and Civil Registry Office by the Village Apparatus so that it can be processed for the manufacture of these documents and the villagers do not need to take care of these documents independently. By helping village officials manage village data, village administration becomes neater and more structured to facilitate synchronization of Ngalupolo village population data with data at the Ende Regency Dispendukcapil, thereby accelerating the processing of population documents needed by Ngalupolo villagers. Keywords: independent community service program; flores; ngalupolo; covid-19; new normal

Abstract

ABSTRAKSasaran Kegiatan Pelatihan Pembuatan Surat Lamaran Kerja dan Curriculum Vitae ini adalah Pencari Kerja Dan Fresh Graduates dengan tujuan untuk memberi solusi dan menguatkan kapasitas mitra dalam membuat surat lamaran dan CV yang menggambarkan kompetensi mitra secara efektif agar meningkatkan daya saing mitra untuk diterima dalam rekrutmen dan seleksi pekerjaan, yang pada akhirnya akan mengurangi angka pengangguran di kota Ende. Pelatihan Pembuatan Surat Lamaran dan CV diadakan secara luring di Myau Myau Kafe yang terletak di Jalan Eltari, Kecamatan Ende Tengah, Kabupaten Ende dengan satu orang instruktur dan MC merangkap moderator kegiatan. Mitra adalah para pencari kerja sebanyak enam (6) orang.Kegiatan dibagi dalam 4 sesi, yaitu: Pemaparan materi tentang Personal Branding, Pemaparan Materi tentang Surat Lamaran, Pemaparan materi tentang Curriculum Vitae, serta Tanya Jawab dan bedah Draft Surat Lamaran dan CV Mitra.  Kegiatan diawali dengan diedarkan kuesioner kepada para mitra secara daring melalui google form untuk mengukur pemahaman mitra tentang substansi surat lamaran dan CV. Untuk melihat ketercapaian tujuan PkM, di akhir sesi keempat, kuesioner kembali diedarkan. Di akhir kegiatan, data menunjukkan bahwa mitra telah memahami tentang personal branding, mampu membangun personal branding, serta mampu membuat surat lamaran dan CV yang baik dan efektif. Kata kunci: surat lamaran; curriculum vitae; ende; fresh graduates; pencari kerja  ABSTRACTThe goal of this Job Application Letter and Curriculum Vitae Making Training Activity is to provide solutions and strengthen partners' capacity in creating cover letters and CVs that effectively describe partners' competencies in order to increase partners' competitiveness in recruitment and job selection, which will reduce the unemployment rate in the city of Ende. The Making Cover Letters and CVs Training took place offline at Myau Myau Café on Jalan Eltari, Ende Tengah District, Ende Regency, with one instructor and an MC who also functioned as the activity moderator. Six (6) job searchers are partners.The activities were separated into four sessions: personal branding material presentation, application letter material presentation, curriculum vitae material presentation, questions and answers, and review of draft application letters and partner CVs. The activity began with the distribution of questionnaires to partners via Google form to assess partners' comprehension of the content of the cover letter and CV. The questionnaire was distributed again at the end of the fourth session to assess the achievement of PkM objectives. The data at the end of the activity reveals that partners understand personal branding, can establish personal branding, and can create good and successful cover letters and CVs. Keywords: application letter; curriculum vitae; ende; fresh graduates; job seekers
