Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat ukur dan menguji kemampuannya untuk membuat alat ukur kreativitas siswa yang layak dan dapat diandalkan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode Research and Developement yang meliputi empat langkah, yaitu definisi, design, development dan ranjau. Dalam penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Prosedur pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel acak atau sampel acak sederhana, dengan jumlah siswa kelas 7 dan 8 sebanyak 60 siswa. Sampel memenuhi standar reliabilitas dan reliabilitas tinggi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat kreatif siswa layak digunakan. Abstract: This study aims to develop a measuring instrument and test its ability to make a proper and reliable measure of student creativity. This research adopts the Research and Development method which includes four steps, namely definition, design, development and mines. In this study, data were collected using a questionnaire method. The sampling procedure used a random sample or a simple random sample, with a total of 60 students in grades 7 and 8. The sample meets high standards of reliability and reliability. Based on this, it can be concluded that students' creative tools are feasible to use.
