<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas penyidikan terhadap pencurian kendaraan bermotor di Kepolisian Resort Bone. Tipe penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris, Hasil Penelitian penulis mendapatkan bahwa: 1). Efektivitas penyidikan terhadap pencurian kendaraan bermotor di Kepolisian Resort Bone kurang efektif, dikarenakan masih ditemukan masalah berkaitan dengan profesionalsime penyidik, seperti : Banyaknya perkara yang dihadapkan oleh seorang penyidik dalam menyelesaikan kasus; Mengalami kesulitan dalam mengungkap kasus pencurian kendaraan bermotor karena pelaku menggunakan modus baru sehingga sulit untuk mengungkap dan membuktikan. 2). Faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penyidikan terhadap pencurian kendaraan bermotor di Kepolisian Resort Bone yaitu; substansi, struktur, dan budaya hukum. Pada ketiga faktor tersebut yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penyidikan tindak pidana pencurian kendaraan bermotor di Satuan Reserse dan Kriminal Umum Kepolisian Resort Bone adalah substansi hukum.
