<![CDATA[The purpose of this study aims to determine the acceleration of educational innovation programs and evaluation monitoring in educational innovation. This research is qualitative using the library research method. The process of monitoring the implementation of the work of subordinates is carried out to obtain facts, data and information in the process of achieving goals, whether they are in accordance with predetermined standards and there are no deviations. Monitoring requires leaders to directly see the processes that occur, also with the support of documents and opinions from those being monitored, this is done as validation and legitimacy of the monitoring process. The evaluation process will record and compile the results of monitoring with a certain systematic so that they can be easily understood. The results will be analyzed and studied in order to produce new knowledge which can later be used as a basis for supporting decisions to be taken in the future.]]>
