Mobile phones radiate electromagnetic radiation at certain levels can harm the health of the human body. This study aims to determine the amount of electromagnetic radiation from the magnetic field and radio frequency radiated by mobile phones to the safe distance of humans while sleeping. This study uses a purposive sampling technique and measures with an application on a mobile phone. The magnetic field emitted by mobile phones is measured with the "Phypox" application magnetometer, while the radio frequency uses the "Quanta Monitor" application to measure SAR values. The magnitude of the mobile phone's magnetic field is inverse to the measuring distance. The closer the measurement distance, the greater the magnetic field. The amount of radio frequency at the SAR level of the mobile phone has an inverse relationship to measuring distance. The closer the measurement distance, the greater the resulting SAR value. The magnitude of the magnetic field generated by the source mobile phones are still far from the WHO-recommended magnetic field radiation exposure threshold value, the SAR results measurement generated by the mobile phone is relatively small and below the safe limits set by the IEEE and FCC, so if it follows WHO, IEEE and FCC standards then All research mobile phone objects have a safe distance of 0 cm from humans while sleeping.
